Australian Orders

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days and is FREE for orders over $100.00.

For orders under $100, the cost to ship (anywhere in Australia) is $10.00.

Worldwide Orders

Australia Post standard international shipping is $25.00 per order. Expect to debut your new Closet Mod outfit within 10-21 business days.

Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Shipping internationally sometimes means customs and import taxes. All international customers are required to pay any customs rates within their own country.

Closet Mod is legally required to state the value of all international shipments, and we will include an invoice for customs - should it be required (For additional information about shipping duties and taxes, get in touch with your local customs office.)

Order not arrived?

How annoying. If your Closet Mod order hasn't arrived in the approximate time frame provided above, please try tracking it online to see where it's at.

If the tracking says 'delivered' or 'attempted delivery', it's up to the customer to contact the local postal service for more information.

If the tracking result is 'pending', get in touch and we will investigate.

Please keep in mind that it's the customers' responsibility to correctly enter their address during online checkout. Please check for typos.
